Rapid, Lasting Stress Reduction

Rapid, Lasting Stress Reduction

Big Idea #1:

Rewire Fight-or-Flight to Creativity and Collaboration

Big Idea #1:

Rewire Fight-or-Flight to Creativity and Collaboration

Problem #1: Fight-or-flight reactivity (aka stress) drains blood from the frontal cortex, creates tunnel vision both literally and metaphorically, and drives the body/brain to repeat familiar patterns. This is the opposite of a creative, collaborative mindset.

Big Idea #1: Neutralize reactivity to restore well-being and open creative capacity. We have reduced recent neuroscience breakthroughs to simple procedures anyone can use to produce major, rapid, repeatable, focused improvement. Lasting results appear in minutes and can be aimed at specific issues: working relationships, creative blocks, stuck situations, etc.

Moving out of tunnel vision opens up creative reframes. Systematically lowering stress means greater well-being, better collaboration and communication, less illness, lost time and turnover, a more attractive workplace, and higher productivity.

Stress Reduction

A major shift in your team's energy. Reduce "emotional plaque" blocking trust, creativity and engagement.

This is for any team or person desiring higher performance.

In a 2-hour team process you will see major shifts, including reframes on people and problems, new insights, stress disappearing, much more trust, collaboration, and creativity.

1. Take down the stress as at the left. 2. Apply structured collective intelligence to access all the creative resources of a group. They can reak through creative blocks at deeper levels, or produce faster and better results from the start of a project by applying this process early. Want more? An ongoing structure will naturally generate innovation and redefine the status quo.

You can focus on a person, a problem or a project. Your topic and results can be completely confidential and need never be shared.

You get immediate, low-stress, lasting, and documented results. The price ($150) is well worthwhile for the direct benefits. Your personal knowledge of what is possible is an essential basis for discussing further steps, which we will also do.

The $150 can be applied to any project we agree on. If we do not proceed it can stand as exchange for a valuable experience.

If you find the experience not useful you will get a refund. I include this option to remove a possible objection. It has not yet happened. If it does then we would not be a good match and will know that early on.

Big Idea #2:

Status Quo Thinking is Naturally Deadly to Creativity

Big Idea #2:

Status Quo Thinking is Naturally Deadly to Creativity

Problem #2: Status Quo Thinking. Status quo thinking shuts down innovation. Humans are wired to prefer the familiar and to take emotional negatives as limits (don't go there, it hurt last time you did that). Status quo thinking naturally results. Allowing status quo thinking to persist is the path to falling behind, disruption, or a Kodak moment.

Big Idea #2: Structured collective intelligence. Insights into the nature of status quo and generative thinking led to a simple, powerful model of structured collective intelligence. This approach systematically disrupts status quo thinking in favor of innovation. The key is the Organizing Question, which is generative and fractal. As well as a bias toward innovation, It brings logical coherence, order, responsiveness, and unlimited growth capacity to the entire system. It also embodies and embeds chosen values. Any group, organization, program or event can use this approach to maximize its creative potential.

Big Idea #3:

Values Are a Foundation for an Inclusive Culture of Connection and Coherence

Big Idea #3:

Values Are a Foundation for an Inclusive Culture of Connection and Coherence

Problem #3: Dis-integrated culture. Cultural coherence has eroded under the pace and scope of generational change, global connectivity and other forces. Our global situation requires a new model of working and living together that works on all levels, for everyone. Success, if not survival, depend on adopting a new and more inclusive culture.

Big Idea #3: Large Scale Connection and Coherence All people share fundamental values including contribution, needs for safety, inclusion, expression and so on. Organizations can integrate universal values into an Organizing Question and support global systemic well-being while making themselves more competitive, profitable, and innovative.

Organizational alignment with higher-order aims inspires those involved, gives meaning and satisfaction to work, and attracts and retains people who really care. This plus collective intelligence and systematic stress reduction to allow full potential to express itself is a winning combination.

Big Idea #3: Personal Connection A small group interaction we have developed connects people at a values level, safely and effortlessly. Natural outcomes include empathy, a sense of safety and connection, and recognition of shared values.

  • With this process neighborhood residents build community and can establish priorities. Gatherings (i.e. conferences) can increase their value by deepening participant engagement with other participants.
  • Another use is shifting adversarial situations. When people are heard at a deep level the ground can shift, opening the way to change.
  •  Another focus produces ideas connected to meaning, more deeply and inclusively than brainstorming. These ideas can be applied directly to a project or distilled to themes and then to an Organizing Question to guide future priorities and choices.

About Daimon Sweeney

destructive to the world around us.

All this, when we have the capacity to be extraordinary as individuals, as societies, and as a species. Understanding this paradox has been one of the driving forces in my life.

The other driving force has been personal work. After decades of steady work on myself I reached a dead end in 2010. Nothing I had done (which was a lot) had made the deep changes I sought.

So I started asking deeper questions. These led to insights into individual and collective human nature that I have not seen anywhere else.

At the same time I encountered a breakthrough in neuroscience research called memory reconsolidation. It shows the simple steps needed to deliberately rewire limiting patterns at the level of neural networks.

These insights and discoveries combined seamlessly with knowledge I had gained through working with myself and others for decades.

The synergy started a developmental path that in the years since has produced an entire set of tools and methods. These are integrate in an overall approach I call NeuroMastery®.

NeuroMastery® includes extremely simple ways to make rapid, powerful changes. These can easily be incorporated into daily life or focused as needed to solve problems as they arise, individually and in groups.

This approach creates extraordinary results for individuals and groups, reliably, easily and consistently.

NeuroMastery® lets us efficiently and systematically rewire unwanted reactive patterns and status quo thinking out of existence.

Given the opportunity, as stress patterns dissolve, our nervous systems naturally self-organize toward wholeness and integration.

This frees up our innate creative potential, authenticity, and natural well-being.

Rewiring status quo thinking, stress and reactive patterns out of existence is one basic idea.

The other is that we can systematically integrate and leverage the creative potential of any number of people.

This process is question-centered. Questions invite participation. A certain class of questions can become foundational for teams, organizations, or communities.

Done well, this question-centered process drives ongoing, proactive innovation and cultural evolution while creating coherence, resilience, and meaning at all levels. Such questions embody and make the chosen collective values a ground from which to act. They set the parameters of the organizational culture.

After developing this approach I realized the same model drives what we call science and technology. These global, dynamically evolving systems have become what they are by using the same question-centered pattern, each in its own way. They are respectively centuries and millennia into the process, and are only accelerating their results.

Their success demonstrates the soundness of the foundation. With the insights we provide the same structure can be adopted and used by anyone.

This means your business, nonprofit, conference, neighborhood, city, state or movement can be proactively creative and self-organizing, continually evolving in the direction embodied in the Organizing Question.

This is a transformative approach for individuals and organizations. It can be aligned (if one so chooses) with creating a world in which all can have their needs met in a healthy environment, while at the same time creating value and success in conventional terms. Still more, this can happen in a humanly aware, alive and satisfying work environment.

I've studied human nature for decades, meditated to serious levels in a variety of forms, lived in communities of varying sizes and orientations, and have a degree in Sustainable Culture from Fairhaven College. I started and ran what became a 7-figure publishing company.

Since my teens I have been interested in why we humans have such a hard time getting along, why we generate so much conflict, why we so often live so far below the potential I see that we all possess, why we cling to obviously harmful patterns, and why we are so

Impressive! I focused on a project that I've been having difficulties with and went from a -4 to a +6 [on a -10 to +10 scale]. I came up with a new approach to implement the project. I will continue to use this tool. What you offer is worth paying for and I'm sure many people will benefit from it. Kevin Curran

I had a problem—a messy business issue. Following Daimon's simple instructions, within what felt like only a few moments I was amazed—gobsmacked if you will—to find that my messy challenge had been reduced to an uncomplicated either/or solution. The confusion and ambivalence I started with were gone and I had a whole new, much lighter attitude about the whole thing. The technique is easy to follow, painless and remarkably efficient. I highly recommend it. J. Stone, PhD
